My experience last week. I had a flat tire and another tire low on air. It was after 5pm and I had my vehicle towed (thanks to Grease Monkeys) to Ken Pollock Volvo. The service department was closed but Murad helped me out. I arrived and had a loaner car ready for me and I was assured everything was going to be fine. I would also like to thank Paul for the suggestion about the road hazard warranty when I bought the car. So I was on my way and the next day Angelo (from service) called. He explained that the warranty took care of everything and my vehicle was ready for pick up. I am extremely happy going with Ken Pollock Volvo and the whole crew that works there. One of the best experiences I've had buying a car! Aaron was very kind and prompt with his responses. The car arrived as expected and was shipped quickly right to my home. I wish the dealership was closer for service purposes but I'll definitely keep them at the top of my list when the time comes to purchase another car.

For all the years that I've owned my Volvo, I've never had my vehicle returned to me dirtier than it was when I brought it in for repairs. At least that's how it's done in Palm Beach County. When I asked the service rep why the vehicle was so dirty I was just told, "oh I don't really know, some of the cars get dirty out here". At that point I expected the rep to rectify the lack of customer care and the opportunity for him to increase customer satisfaction and have that car washed prior to handing it back to me after paying hundreds of dollars for repairs. I was very disappointed and quite surprised! This is the very first time I've experienced service such as this at any Volvo dealership... The lack of attentiveness and disregard for a customer's property warrants a loss of 2 stars.

The best car buying experience that I have had. They are always friendly and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. I used to dread having to take my car in for service but at Ken Pollock Volvo it's a great experience, they have a TV, comfy chairs to sit in and great snacks. Not that you even ever have to wait long since their service departments is so speedy! I can't imagine going anywhere else to buy or have my car serviced!
