This happened last year, I was getting a rental to go to Philly and your customer service representative there wouldn't take my debit card... That's money your company. Yet I got denied.... Thanks a lot for nothing

In addition, the fee for a three day rental was excessive, almost $400. I was not pleased at all!
The vehicle that I was assigned to, the only one in the class requested, had filthy Windows, inside and out. It also smelled of old cigarette smoke.
The attendant at the counter, "Lisa", finished a personal phone call before taking care of me. The model of SUV that I had asked for and spoke to her office about the day before was not available.. No apology was forthcoming, just a comment that I should read the fine print on my reservation.
