Good service friendly
Excellent customer service. Friendly atmosphere
I have been a customer for the past 7 years and was referred to Borino by a co-worker. Best advice I ever received. I continue to utilize the services at Borino because of the professional service they render and a desire to make sure your visit with them is rewarding. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Borino to any and all of my friends. The staff at Borino's does an amazing job in giving customer satisfaction.
Well, that’s annoying. Now, what’s going on with that mismatched lug nut? I tried loosening it, but it’s loose. It’s just spins and spins in both directions by hand. Oh good. It appears pros at Borino have broken the wheel stud for me. Thanks. And, yes, I know they did it because they rotated the tires (even though I didn't ask them to). I’m still not sure what’s going on with the mismatched lug nut. It might have been there already. I just bought the truck, so I may not have noticed. I’ll give you a pass there.
I took my 2000 Nissan Frontier in for an inspection, alignment, and balance.
I will never ever do business there again. Even if they offered to fix my car for free. They are going nowhere near my brakes.
Very knowledgeable staff. Been in business a long time. Great facility.
A few days later, I finally get a chance to look at the brakes. It’s much worse than I thought it would be, but that’s irrelevant now because as I’m looking the rest of the truck over, and I notice two things. One being that one of the lugs on the Front Passenger side of the truck is not on all the way, and, two, that one of the lugs is different. So, I pull out the old torque wrench to tighten up, but, of course, it’s tight. I try to loosen it and the wheel stud snaps. So, Thank you, Borino Tire, for cross threading my wheel stud and not even bothering to tell me about it. Secrecy must be important to them.
As I was leaving the parking lot I noticed that my brake felt a little spongey. I didn’t think about it too much until I got to the light to get onto the Bypass and it was still really spongey, so I pulled out and pulled into the Advance Auto. There was brake fluid just pouring out of the rear passenger side of the truck. Which is particularly interesting because it just PASSED A SAFETY INSPECTION… It sure would have been nice if they at least let me know that one of my brake lines blew. But, fine, it’s an old truck. It’s not like they made the lines rusty. I didn’t think much of it at the time because I was too annoyed about having to waste my afternoon waiting in a parking lot for a tow-truck.
