Where do I even start ? I work in healthcare specifically at a pharmacy and the receptionists there are nothing but UNPROFESSIONAL. You can hear them gossiping about patients as the phones are ringing and they don't answer them in a timely manner. Let's start with the fact that my fiancés insurance needed a prior authorization that took a MONTH due to the receptionist not relying the message to the doctor. I finally got fed up enough to demand to talk to a manager and, the receiptonist Ashley thought she was clever enough to pretend to be the manager and even yelled at me during this phone call. After a month of waiting we were told at 9AM at his appointment that they would have them done and sent over to the pharmacy (we keep in touch with the pharmacy) it was 3PM when I called again and still getting the not so lovely attitude from the receptionist. I stressed to them the importance of his medications and, how he can take sezures without one of the meds he's taking, they laughed like it was some kind of joke. Long story short I had to fight tooth and nail for PRIOR AUTHORIZATIONS. Anyways, my fiancé had another appointment today he called to let them know that he would be a little bit late due to the construction and, they said it was fine. He shows up and they tell him to LEAVE and come back at 1:30 PM when he was only 5 minutes late and called in advance to let them know. Not to mention when he got upset and told them that he called and was told to still come they talked loudly about his private medical issues (HIPPA) infront of a whole group of other patients. I've seen numerous other complaints due to the unprofessionalism of the receptionists but, at this point when your breaking someone else's rights, something has to be done. I don't think the doctor is bad, but these receptionists and their rudeness towards the patients is astounding. WALMART has better customer service. I will be attempting to contact corporate about this manner since everytime I ask to talk to a manager one of the receptionists will pretend to be one. I really hope they don't end up hurting someone with their lack of ability to rely messages to the doctors being that's their jobs and all. I just want to warn everyone with the mess and attitude your going to deal with when it comes to the receptionists, they will always make everything a lot harder on you, when their job is to make things easier on the patients.
I understand we will always have to wait a bit at a doctor's office. But to wait almost an hr in a room is ridiculous. The staff is extremely unfriendly and the doctor's bedside manner is not the best.
Their Doctors, surgeons and their PT Staff services afterwards are OUTSTANDING! I haven't felt this good in 10 years. I changed all my doctors to Coordinate Health here and in Bethlehem & Allentown and I couldn't be happier or healthier!
On a brighter note the physical therapy group is amazing downstairs and their receptionist is the nicest lady who will do anything she can to help work around schedules, and even call to set up appointments. All the therapists are very nice and actually engage with you. I would give them a 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Some of the rating I see from others has to do with waiting room time, and other staff. I'm rating this on the very good service I have received from medical personnel and Dr. FALVELLO. I am pleased. Things can go bad in any office in any medical system. But as for my care I and pleased.
